of India’s GDP is anchored by cities directly connected to Sabarmati.
Strategically positioned at the intersection of India's first High-Speed Rail corridor, conventional rail, metro connectivity, BRTS, road networks, and regional transportation infrastructure.
About
As India’s first TOD, we are converting passenger flow into a sustainable - vibrant urban ecosystem by integrating retail, F&B, hospitality, offices, and entertainment. The Sabarmati TOD model (HSR, IR, Metro, BRT, Luxury Bus, Cabs) is now ready to be scaled across transit projects and urban hubs throughout the nation

THE PROJECT
An integrated mobility and development ecosystem
Sabarmati High-Speed Rail Hub is being developed as a Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) anchored around India's first bullet train station.
Rather than viewing transit as a standalone infrastructure asset, the project brings together mobility, commerce, workplaces, hospitality, public amenities, and sustainability into a single integrated ecosystem. The development is designed to serve passengers, visitors, businesses, and the surrounding catchment area while maximizing the value generated by movement.
By combining multiple modes of transportation with mixed-use development, Sabarmati becomes more than a station. It becomes an urban destination and a regional economic catalyst.
THE CHALLENGE
Rethinking infrastructure as an economic platform
India is investing heavily in transportation infrastructure, yet much of the economic value created by passenger movement remains fragmented or uncaptured.
Traditional station developments often function as transfer points where people arrive and leave as quickly as possible. Commercial activity remains disconnected, last-mile dependency increases friction, and surrounding land value potential is underutilized.
Without a deliberate strategy, transportation assets risk becoming cost centers rather than economic multipliers.
The Solution
Movement → Dwell → Spend → Return
Thoth's approach is built around a simple principle:
Movement → Dwell → Spend → Return
The development integrates high-speed rail, conventional rail, metro systems, road networks, retail, hospitality, offices, services, public spaces, and sustainable infrastructure into a single operating ecosystem.
Every layer is designed around how people move, spend time, access services, and interact with the destination before, during, and after transit.
This creates a seamless experience for users while generating multiple revenue streams that extend beyond transportation alone.
The Results
Transforming Infrastructure into Long-Term Value
Sabarmati establishes a replicable framework for the future of urban infrastructure in India.
The project demonstrates how transportation investments can support commercial growth, increase dwell time, improve passenger experience, attract businesses, enhance surrounding land values, and create sustainable long-term economic activity.
More importantly, it serves as the first full-scale expression of Thoth's vision: building integrated mobility hubs that help shape India's transition toward a connected, sustainable, and economically productive future.
